ETFunds is committed to using its best endeavours to maintain high computer security standards and procedures in order to ensure that all information provided by the Client is secure and confidential at all times. To this end, ETFunds has in place the required control systems to ensure security and confidentiality of the Client's information at all times. These security standards and procedures shall be maintained, notwithstanding that the company-Client relationship may have been terminated or otherwise ended. Nevertheless, ETFunds hereby expressly advises the Client that ETFunds does not have control over the computer, computer software, systems and other incidentals used by the Client to access ETFunds' Internet services and the transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, warranted or represented to be absolutely secure.

2. Disclosure of Information

Apart from the sharing of information between authorised persons of ETFunds such as licensed agents, ETFunds will not disclose the Client's information to any third party or external organisations without prior consent.

3. Accuracy of Information

The Company shall strive to ensure that the Client's data and information are accurate and updated. However, to ensure that the Company maintains accurate personal information on the Client, the Client is advised to furnish timely, accurate and complete information pertaining to the Client and his/her instructions to ETFunds. The Client's records will be updated upon provision of such information from time to time.

4. Collection and Use of Client Information

Certain personal information of the Client as particularised by ETFunds from time to time will be required to be submitted to ETFunds by the Client to enable ETFunds to process the Client's request for information pertaining to services offered by ETFunds when handling queries, evaluating the Client's investment needs and/or offering ETFunds‘ products and services. Generally, the nature of information that is required includes, but shall not be limited to, information such as the Client's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, age, gender, particulars of identity documents such as identity card or passport and where applicable, financial information such as information of income, assets and liabilities for the purpose of financial planning services as ETFunds COMPANY shall require from time to time.

Although the primary purpose of acquiring the information is confined in its use to the normal course of the general business between ETFunds and its Client, the said information may also be applied for purposes incidental to and connected with the said primary purpose including the provision of ETFunds' Internet services as well as to evaluate the Client's needs that may arise from time to time and to enable ETFunds to facilitate the provision of information pertaining to ETFunds' products and services from time to time.
